The holiday home “FreiraumHütte” is located in the Austrian Alps in the Steiermark region. As a stand-alone self-catering mountain cabin it offers its guests and four-legged friends enough space to enjoy the essential things in life.
Up to six adults and two children can be accommodated in the 80-square-metre cabin, which has three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen, living room and glassed-in dining area with beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. TV, stereo, washing machine, garden furniture, barbecue and Wifi are all provided for our Guests.
The quiet location, at 1,000 meters elevation, offers plenty of space to relax, unwind, hike and enjoy outdoor activities and sports year round.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price and must be brought along. Taxes as well as the use of the washing machine, water and wastewater, pellets, energy costs, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The final cleaning fee is €80, and we are required to charge a tourist tax of €2.50 per day for adults – both are added to the rental price.

Cancellation Policy
If something unexpected comes up, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
The cancellation conditions are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) and are as follows:
Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
